Steel Tensioner Pulleys

The stock tensioner pulleys are plastic, prone to failure, and not available seperately from Ford. However, a 3" diameter steel pulley is used on the late model Mustang Cobras, and will fit perfectly. I use these 3" steel pulleys as replacements for all three of the stock pulleys. The Ford part number is F6AZ-8678-BA, and list is about $17. Discard the large washer when installing these pulleys.

05/12/2000 - I've been told, but haven't yet verified, that the part number has been changed to F8KZ-8678-AA.
