Operation Rolling Thunder

The one thing that I have done!  Well, I haven't carpet the box yet because I'm debating getting a second sub.  I designed, built, and installed the system primarily for sound quality, but, it still gets very loud.  It sounds clean as a bell, even at max volume (gotta love properly set gains) and the bass is lighting fast and very deep.  It probably hits around 140 db, but I have yet to have it metered.  This is the 9th system that I have put in a car and I built it using the tools and space of the Mech Lab at the Academy.  Thanks, Maj Bearden, for opening the shop!  Here's the system breakdown.

Alpine 7995

Polk Audio EXII 5.25" Components in doors and Pioneer TSA series 5x7" in rear

Kicker ZR120, JBL BP.1200, Distro Blocks, 1 Farad Digital Capacitor

Adire Audio Brahma 12 before Luke, my roommate, and I put the lid on to finish it.

Yeah, he digs it...

UPDATE...AGAIN

Those 2 12" Solo d series subwoofers have changed hands again.  We were going to put 3 12" XPL's in The Cheat's Mark VIII on the false assumption that what would fit in my trunk would fit in his.  Well, it wasn't entirely false because the trunks are the same physical dimensions, ONCE INSIDE.  The Mark's trunk has a smaller opening and would not allow the 3 12's to fit.  So, The Cheat has the Solos, I have the XPL's now.
